Master
Linen
was founded in 1938. Since then, under the guidance
and foresight of Vincent J. Imbesi (1899-1975), Master
Linen Rental grew to serve many of the great restaurants, government
institutions and other industries requiring linens and uniforms.
On
June 23 & 25, 1967, the summit meeting of President Lyndon B.
Johnson & Soviet Premier Alexei B. Kosygin was
held at Hollybush, Glassboro State College now known as Rowan
University. Click here for an excerpt
that can be read ON Rowan University's site at www.RowanMagazine.com.
At
the time, Master Linen Rental was the supplier of linens
for the dormitories and kitchen apparel for the cafeteria and was proud
to be recognized and thanked by the President of the United States for
its contribution to the Summit. The original letter sent to Master Linen
Rental in 1967 was lost when our plant was destroyed by a fire in 1978.
A copy of the letter below was supplied by the Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial
Library, in Texas.
At
present, Master Linen Rental still continues to serve government institutions,
fine restaurants, hospitality and other industries with the highest
concentration being in nationwide event supplies.
With
our Partners Program, our broad array of custom
colored linens (10,001 Colors) and our proprietary processing
systems, Master Linen Rental is in the position to furnish the highest
quality linens at the lowest possible price with unbeatable service
to customers coast to coast. Please email,
write or call with your requirements and you will be pleasantly surprised
by the results.
Thank
you,
Anthony
